Within "Client 配置" in the Manager panel, you will find the 安全 option. Here you can add users, edit them, set a password, delete them, and also suspend them.

When Adding a user, you can assign them to a particular 用户 Group, assigning them special roles such as Administrator, Operate-only, and 视图-only functions, among other pre-configurable options.

In the 用户组 sub-option, you can add new specific groups and then assign users to those groups.

组 can be Edited and/or Deleted from the main screen by 点击ing the three dots on a group.

Below that is the 权限 option. Here users can assign permissions to special features.

Individual users or a user group assigned to a 用户 Group (as seen 上方) can be assigned.
