v1.9.1 — August 2026
August 14, 2026
This release adds a widget for wind data, tools to record on-site interventions and measure their effect, and more options for the device map. It also enriches the information sent in alarm notifications.
New features
Wind rose widget
Shows how wind is distributed by direction and speed, as a percentage of time.
- Access: Monitor → dashboard in edit mode → add the Wind rose widget.
- Data: wind speed, gust (optional) and direction. Direction can be stored in degrees from north or as a sine/cosine pair (How the direction is stored).
- Parameters: number of sectors, speed bands, calm threshold, calm percentage and summary figures.
- Summary: dominant direction and maximum gust for the period.
Intervention records and comfort comparison
Record the interventions carried out at each site and compare conditions before and after.
- Access: the device detail panel in Monitor → Maps → Devices (and in the map widget or hexagonal grid) → Intervention and vulnerability record section.
- Record: intervention date, intervention or benefit type, location, vulnerability level, responsible reference and cost. The history of records is kept.
- Before and after: See before and after comparison compares temperature, humidity and CO2 in two windows around the record date and flags which variables got worse.
- Report: Impact of interventions, with one row per device and the before and after values.
- Catalog: intervention types are defined in Manager → client settings → Devices → Intervention types, with text per language.
- Availability: off by default. Can be enabled per client on request; contact support.
New device map options
Each client can adjust what the Monitor device map shows.
- Access: Manager → client settings → Maps settings tab. The effect shows in Monitor → Maps → Devices.
- Connectivity: color pins by connectivity, show it on the cards, and add a connected/disconnected filter.
- Chips: a set of chips with counts, taken from a Filter Set.
- Readings on the cards: up to 3 readings with the time of the last data point, chosen from the fleet's actual variables.
- Detail panel: open it when clicking a device.
- Alarm types: show their labels on the cards.
- All options are off by default.
Mitigation recommendation per alarm type
- Access: Manager → Alarms → Alarm types → alarm type → Mitigation recommendation.
- Use: a multi-language text, written for a non-technical reader, explaining what to do about that alarm.
- Notifications: new
{MITIGATION_RECOMMENDATION}and{MITIGATION_RECOMMENDATION_DISPLAY}variables in email, SMS, voice and WhatsApp, for both opening and closing. - Nothing changes while the field is empty.
Device physical address
- Access: Manager → Devices → device → physical address field. It can also be loaded with the CSV bulk update.
- Use: a free-text postal address, separate from the device identifier.
- Notifications: new
{DEVICE_ADDRESS}variable. If the device has no address, the facility's is used. - Map: the pin label shows this address.
Monthly and biweekly scheduled reports
- Access: when scheduling a favorite report, and in Manager → [client] → Security → Scheduled reports.
- Recurrence: Weekly, Every two weeks and Monthly.
- Monthly: a chosen day of the month or the last day of the month.
- Biweekly: First delivery sets the date from which the two weeks are counted.
Ecowitt weather station integration
- Access: Manager → client settings → Integrations tab → Ecowitt Weather Stations.
- Settings: Application Key, API Key and Polling interval (minutes). Each station is registered as a device with its MAC address and an Ecowitt model.
- Data: the platform polls the Ecowitt cloud periodically and also imports the available history.
Improvements
- Real-time log: commands sent to devices (downlinks) now also appear in the real-time log.
- 2FA: the code prompt names the actual channel (app, email or SMS) and lists compatible apps.
API changes
- Pending commands:
CommandService.EnumPendingCommandslists commands not yet delivered to the device, with their origin and age, andCommandService.CancelPendingCommandscancels them with a reason. - Interventions: new
InterventionServiceto manage intervention records and types, plus the comfort comparison (GetComfortComparison). - Map:
DeviceService.GetDeviceMapCardValuesandEnumClientEndpointDescriptions;GetDeviceMapClustersaccepts filters.
Bug fixes
- App loading: Monitor and Manager no longer hang on the spinner when Google Maps doesn't respond.
- Dashboard PDF report: widgets that came out blank (canvas charts, State time summary, metric, HTML) now render correctly.
- Dashboards: Timeline widgets and advanced maps are no longer clipped.
- Device map: clustering, listing and opening a device from its pin work again; the map opens centered on the fleet, shows the configured icon and no longer flickers when hovering over the list. Chip counters no longer stay at 0.
- Maps: the tooltip close button works again on all Monitor maps.
- Login: no longer loops when the browser blocks cookies, and no longer occasionally rejects the right password when an email is used by more than one account.
- SMS 2FA: if the user has no phone number, the code is sent by email.
- Client activity log: the report came out empty.
- Device migration: moving a device to another facility or client now also moves its endpoints, events, actions, groups and assets.
- Integrations: an unconfigured integration no longer prevents saving the others, and parameter checkboxes display correctly.
- Background processing: a misconfigured facility no longer stops the instance's jobs (offline alarms, reports).
